The PCU Summer Classic 2026 is a STAY and PLAY event. Traveling teams MUST make all hotel Reservations through this website and not directly with the hotels. This is a requirement for Tournament Participation.

Hotel Room Blocks are held until 30 days prior to the tournament start date. Any unreserved inventory will be released at that time and will no longer be available except by request.
Hotel Block requests submitted 30 days or less prior to the start of the Tournament are based on availability at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.
Please follow these simple steps to request your team’s hotel accommodations. A team manager or coach must be the sole contact for your team’s room request.

Two night minimum required with Saturday Night Stay-Over
Submit your hotel request by clicking on the Request Hotel Button
After submitting your request, you will be contacted by Sport Specific Travel informing you of the availability of your rooms.
You will then submit your team roster template by email (we will email you this form when your hotel choice has been confirmed) which must be returned to Sport Specific Travel for stay and play verification.
You will then receive and sign a financial agreement with the hotel guaranteeing your teams rooms. Once this is done, a hotel reservation link will be provided.
All Changes and Cancellations should then be made directly with the hotel. Additionally, you must send an updated Team Roster Template to Sports Specific Travel.
